As you know, our Annual Meeting is a celebration of the year past – 2022 – and a preview of what we are looking forward to in 2023.  It is where we announce your Board of Managers and Committee Chairs for the coming year and present awards to those who have “reached beyond” in support of your club throughout the year.  But honestly, it’s all about you, the remarkable members of the Indiana Region who collectively represent all that is worth preserving in an age of planned obsolescence. So join us and enjoy the company of your fellow members over a Sunday afternoon buffet in the private surroundings of the Forsythe Room which is just off the main lobby of the hotel.

This year we will be offering four food stations for your selection and dining pleasure:

• Salad Station – romaine, mixed greens & baby spinach, diced turkey, grilled chicken, chopped eggs, parmesan, mozzarella, cucumbers, carrots, onions, grape tomatoes, pepperoncini, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, silvered almonds and croutons with assorted dressings, rolls and butter.
• Slider Station – fried chicken with honey siracha, bbq pulled pork and shrimp po boy.
• Pasta Station – penne, rotini & tortellini, marinara, alfredo & pesto, grilled chicken, Italian sausage, grilled portabella mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, vegetables & roasted red peppers, parmesan cheese and garlic focaccia bread.
• Dessert Station – miniature pastries to include cupcakes, cheesecakes, petit fours and chocolate dipped strawberries – miniature means sample all of them.

So here is the Breaking News – this event will be without cost to all members.  We believe this is an important event but especially an annual opportunity where all members can gather and greet one another whether you have a classic car or not.  The fact that you are an INRCCCA member is what we want to celebrate with you.  If you bring a non-member, the cost will be $25.  Please RSVP using INRCCCA.org or don_shuck@ml.com or by calling 317 374 8772. If you do have a Classic automobile please feel free to share it with everyone.  We will have a special designated parking area for those cars we all enjoy so much.
